This is a great class for flattening and toning the underlying stomach muscles and has really helped me with running. It’s a tough but fun class, it’s great for me as I need Jo to “boss” me into doing exercises, as left to my own devices I would never do them!"

The classes are fun, effective and a far cry from the horrors of lycra clad gym bunnies, doing eternal sit ups with perma tans and perfect six packs.
